FAQ

DOES R&R DO FULL SERVICE CATERING ?

R&R EventsLa focuses on providing quality trained staff, however we work with several vendors and are able to coordinate specific menus, rentals/equipment and entertainment.

CAN I SELECT THE STAFF ?

Once your event is confirmed, we can provide a staff list for you to select from. Your selection(s) are not a guarantee and will be subject to the availability of the staff member. Please know that we will do our best to accomodate your requests.

CAN I REQUEST THE UNIFORM ?

Yes, we have 6 standard uniforms to chose from when you contact us. We can also work together to customize the uniform to your specific needs.

BILLING & GRATUITY

R&R EventsLa requires a 5 hour minimum for each event along with a service fee. Rates depend on the date/time/location. We will send an invoice via email the day after the event which can be paid with a credit card. Tips are solely at the discretion of the client.

WHEN SHOULD STAFF ARRIVE ?

Staff should be on site 1 hour prior to your guests arrival to ensure set up is complete.
